A lot of other shows require a crazy fee for small business vendors...  The Cuppin & Crafting Convention we just want vendors to be able to afford to show up!! We understand you already have travel cost to worry about and don't want a giant fee looming over you to be able to get that face to face time with new customers!! This is the perfect opportunity to get your products into a whole lot of crafting women that want to shop!! Our main request every year is vendor shopping!!  

Vendor Fee Includes:

Dates: Saturday June 15th and Sunday June 16th

One 6 foot table with table cloth and 2 chairs
Booth size 10X10

Vendor requirements:
Product or coupons donated for swag bags (number based on tickets sales we will give you final numbers) Items will need to be mailed in advance to

Items should be mailed no earlier than April 1st and must be received by June 1st.
Lunch provided for up to 2 vendor workers both days.

Please have someone covering booth from 9:30am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Vendor setup starts 7am Saturday morning and doors will open at 10am for attendees to check in and start finding seats for the event to start.
